About RJFS

Founded in 1974, Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) has more than 3,200 financial advisors in approximately 2,000 offices nationwide. RJFS offers general securities, such as individual stocks and bonds, and professionally managed investment alternatives primarily using an asset allocation and/or financial planning methodology. A member of FINRA, we provide fee- or commission-based services through registered representatives in two divisions, the Independent Contractor Division (ICD) and the Financial Institutions Division (FID). ICD offices are independent establishments affiliated with RJFS; FID offices are located in banks throughout the country. RJFS has 1,366 offices of supervisory jurisdiction and 527 satellites.

In addition to serving registered representatives, RJFS provides comprehensive support services to independent, fee-only portfolio managers, consultants, financial planners, trust companies and accountants through our Investment Advisors Division (IAD). Its mission is to support financial advisors' fee-based business with the most innovative fee-based programs, while providing the highest quality of service. It currently works with approximately 77 investment advisory firms and more than 104 advisors across the United States.
